From The Heartland

Touching and tragic story in today's New York Times.  Having grown up in the midwest, I know that this story is so true. And being repeated over and over throughout the area.  It was starting when I reported on agriculture news in Iowa back in the early 1980's.  It's gotten worse, like a snowball rolling down hill.
